The ventilation of the lubrication oil tank of turbines or large bearings require the generation of a constant underpressure. Oil mist separators of the UPF-OTV series perfectly meet all technical requirements within the applicable emission and labour protection laws. The escape of oil during ventilation is reliably prevented.

The UPF-OTV series includes standard products and a wide range of customised special designs. This way, for instance, highest safety requirements are met and a reliable operation is ensured even under especially adverse environmental conditions as they exist on off shore applications like oil rigs.
Clean working conditions
UT99 was commissioned by Alperia Vipower and Alperia Greenpower to retrofit oil mist separators on the turbines of the Glurns, Kastelbell and Laas hydropower plants. Further information on these power plants can be found here.
The UT99 oil mist separators "have reliably ensured an oil-free environment in the turbine halls since commissioning in the summer of 2022" (Gerhard Hell, responsible for the Glurns operation, Alperia Greenpower). The working environment is thus safer and the operation overall more environmentally friendly.
Model overview UPF-OTV
With the replacement of the Dynapure series (UF-AS-100, UF-AS-200, UF-AS-500, UF-AS-700, CH310) by the UPF series, UT99 continues to develop its oil mist separators. Thanks to the many configuration options of the oil mist separators, retrofitting existing power plants or retrofit solutions up to integration into the control system can be realized easily and cost-effectively.
